Whether you want to lose inches, bounce back from an injury, get strong, or put on muscle, I will work with you to develop a program to meet your needs. One of my favorite tools is the kettlebell. I am a StrongFirst certified kettlebell instructor. I love to help people reach their fitness goals in the safest and most effective ways possible. I offer a variety of training options, from one-on-one personal training to group training. I also offer periodic personal training sessions (for teaching and form checks) combined with programming for you to do on your own.

Exactly what I was looking for. Kalin is very knowledgeable, flexible and offers a unique 'personal' environment for those of us who don't do the large gym atmosphere. I also particularly like her focus on core strength.
