One of my favorite tools is the kettlebell. I am a StrongFirst certified kettlebell instructor. I love to help people reach their fitness goals in the safest and most effective ways possible.
I offer a variety of training options, from one-on-one personal training to group training. I also offer periodic personal training sessions (for teaching and form checks) combined with programming for you to do on your own.
