- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have an hourly rate of $20 per hour for labor. I charge a $25 service fee for On-Site Service Calls. There are certain services that can be provided at a flat rate, and will be negotiated at time of service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I find out what they need, if it's a service that I can provide I explain how I go about diagnosing the problem they have presented, and the steps that I will take to come to an agreeable resolution.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Information Technology Computer Networking Systems. I am A+ and Microsoft Certified in Windows Operating Systems.
