What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fixed on the package that the wedding information is between the traditional and our premium package. The price includes: online gallery, getting ready and ceremony/reception (wedding) , processing time, and delivering. (Also, there is a fee for travel outside of proximity). My pricing on my other packages such as graduate (cap & gown), seniors, family, maternity, couples varies with those packages. The price includes for these packages includes a deposit, online gallery, outfit changes, multiple locations.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process with a new client is to email or talk to in person as a consultation about what they would like; then I would present a contract for them to sign. Also, would do a follow up email to see what they are thinking and get to know them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors in Cinema and Photography.
