- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My quotes always include labor and materials. I do not mark up materials so you get them at cost. I only charge for my labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I need all the information and pictures about the job. Then I will give you a final quote that will not change.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started this work at a young age. My family has a backgroind in the construction industry and I have been around it ever since i was a child.
