I can highly recommend "Impact" for floor refinishing for I am a very satisfied customer who is happy with the work performed on our hardwood floors! They are "professionals", and my wife and I were very impressed with their knowledge and implementation of the processes that transformed our hardwood floors from "worn & beaten" to a "brand new, just installed" look! Also, they showed patience in answering our many questions, we enjoyed our interaction with Aaron and Dillon!

Aaron and his crew did an excellent job with our floors. Communication was great from the beginning. They were super responsive, professional, friendly, and our floors look perfect. I couldn’t be happier with the end result and have no complaints. I would recommend them to anyone.

The quality of work was incredible. My worn out cabinets look brand new. Customer service was great. No matter how many questions I asked they answered them all. Great confidence in them. Would hire again definitely.
