- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
REHAB - for new functional rehab patients we are generally able to conduct our consultation, assessment, treatment, and exercise prescription all in one appointment. PT - We always like to do a consultation and movement screening with our new PT clients - this gives us a chance to collect valuable information about you and how your body functions. So when its time to train we can hit the ground running. Massage - we ask you come in a little early to take care of minimal paperwork, and then you’re good to go!
