Nice person, but up and left when the going got a little tough. Manager suddenly stopped managing the property less than a full month in w/o adequate notice. Rather than contact us by phone to solve the issue sent an email saying they would no longer help. No alternate option given on other property management resources. This caused us as the customer a large inconvenience and gave us no time to find new management. Move was not in good form. A PM is there to assist you not only when things are moving well, but especially be a resource when you need help. Scott was not very committed to working with me to solve my issues and communication was sparse at best. If you’re property already runs smoothly and is high end this may be a fine option. Otherwise I would not recommend.
