This is the second occasion that Ive used Accredited Roofing to replace residential hail damaged roofs. Because of their excellent service 14 years ago, I reached out to them again this year. Having met multiple people at Accredited, they are friendly, polite, professional, and kind. Their attitude is just like that of the owner, Steve Bovinett.Steve responded to my initial phone call within an hour even though he was out-of-state. He led me through the process of inspections, reports, and estimates, met with adjusters, worked around my schedule, explained insurance coverage, answered all my questions, and kept me informed of the projects, even patiently accommodating a last-minute change of color choice. When his crew accidentally removed shingles from a roof of a building that was not covered by insurance, he contacted me immediately and told me that his company would replace that roof free of charge. No argument, no pushback! I highly recommend Accredited Roofing.

I don't think there are truly enough kind words to express our gratitude to Adam and the entire Accredited Roofing team.Our home was struck by one of the many tornados that destroyed a great deal of O'Fallon Illinois in 2025. We were one of the many homeowners who were victimized by State Farm Insurance company. We were left without repairs for 7 mos. State Farm sent their preferred roofing company to access the damage to our home. Part of our roof was pulled away which left our antic exposed. Their roofer did a temporary fix but never took pictures of all the damage he saw. After calling, emails and texting, no one contact us to set date for repairs.Their roofer texted to say he would come to take photos.After 7mos of no visits or further communicate, State Farm said their claims adjuster and their roof never found and damage. I was taken aback by the egregious and unethical practices of state farm. They asked us to get our owner roofer to file a new claim. After deep prayer for guidance, the Lord led us to Accredited Roofing. Immediately Adam and his team did a complete assessment, took detail photos and submitted a factual estimate to State Farm and through the grace of God our repairs were approved. When the weather was favorable Accredited began the work. Yes State Farm still tried to deny the damage. But Accredited professionalism persevered.State Farm still was a bit unprofessional. They failed to pay for both our decks to be properly finished and stained all estimates were submitted at one time.Now we have to pay out of pocket for our larger deck to be properly repaired.We are eternal grateful to Adam and the entire Accredited Roofing Team.
