- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer affordable services and our pricing is flexible in that we have fixed pricing as well convenient payment plans based upon the type of event requested for services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Based on the initial request, we then schedule a "free consultation" to conduct the most important part of the process which is "listening to what the customer needs." After that initial consultation we put together a planning overview of the event to review with the customer to ensure that we are rendering the services requested and striving to exceed expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of extensive event planning and marketing services expertise. My experience was gained and honed from years as a corporate event/marketing planning leader. To compliment that expertise, I have a Masters in Management and volunteer my planning services to organization throughout the community.
