- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Sessions: Session fee and separate price for digital negatives (with print rights), prints and products Events: Hourly rates include a disc of images (and print/publication rights). Head Shots: Set rates for individual head shots. Discounts given for multiple head shots or corporate groups. Head shots are offered in our studio or at your corporate location. Professional Photo Booth Rental: Set rates with a 2 hour minimum. We provide everything needed to make your photo booth perfect!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first make a connection with a potential client either in person or by phone (pre consultation). After the session is booked, our client will answer a short online questionnaire. This is the starting point for customizing sessions. Based on that information, decisions will be made regarding session location, outfits, props, style of photography and editing, purpose of images, etc. It is our goal to get to know our clients desires and needs so that we can provide exactly what they wish!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Since 2010 we have spend countless hours perfecting our craft through tutorials, classes, workshops, etc. The learning process for photography is never ending and we desire to continue improving every day!
