5-stars! Steve and Willow are fantastic property managers. I've been working with them now for 5 months, and the experience has exceeded all expectations. Their expertise - both in terms of rentals and property maintenance - has been tremendously helpful, and already saved me money! Their communication is always quick, open, and honest. Bottom-line, they do a great job of making life easy as a property owner. I would fully recommend them as property managers to anyone looking for help with their rental property!

I needed a property manager for my lake house and interviewed a number of them, none of which I liked, save one. Steve and Willow of Jergensen Enterprises stood head and shoulders above the others I interviewed and, as my property managers, have exceeded my every expectation. They are extraordinarily prompt in their attention to our guests, the property and me. They make sure that every guests stay is great, they suggest changes to the property to make it more appealing and to boost rentals and have a unique advertising and pricing structure that is unmatched anywhere. Being out of state I was worried what the house would look like after the first year of rentals, and I am happy to report that the house looks just like I left it! They even address neighbors concerns about the rental next door should they arise. I can't express how grateful I am to have connected with Steve and Willow. Their business has been an incredible blessing in our lives. Their services are truly priceless! [Please don't tell them I said that... I gotta keep my bargaining chips!] They bring together a wealth of knowledge, skill, passion and grit. They will approriately challenge you, keep you earning as much as YOU want to earn, and they bear the weight of the tasks that keep you "stuck" and away from being productive in the other areas of your life you want to be focused on.There are some things that are really important to me that some don't see that way but they became immediately important to Steve and Willow BECAUSE they were important to me. You can't just find that care anywhere. They are an extension of me and my desires for how my property is operated. They take that to heart. Willow and her team know my [very!] detailed goals (thanks for not firing me) and Steve well respects my high expectations around business goals.This team does not mess around.
