- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat monthly fee based on the size of your business and how much support you need—not hourly. This keeps things simple and helps you plan without surprises. I believe in fair, transparent pricing, and I always take time to explain what’s included. 💝 New clients receive 1 month of free bookkeeping as a welcome gift and a stress-free way to get started.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We’ll start with a quick chat (free of charge!) to get to know each other and talk about your business needs. From there, I’ll either set up or clean up your QuickBooks, organize your records, and give you a clear plan going forward. You’ll always know where we’re at and what’s next.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor, and I’ve taken specialized training in cloud bookkeeping. But more than that, I’ve been a small business owner myself for over 20 years—so I know how important it is to have someone dependable handling your numbers.
