- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are set based on my expertise. I feel that my prices are competitive but by no means the cheapest. I do offer discounts to veterans and first responders. I feel that this is a small way that I can thank them for looking out for us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communicate with them to get a clear idea of the project. Often times I can give an estimate range before coming out. Once I am out and can confirm the job details will again go over price and explain changes if their are any (rarely happens). Complete the project.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was a comercial technician for Comcast for 8 years. I was often asked about hanging tv's and running data lines and saw a need that I was highly qualified to provide and able to put the customer first.
