Great work! Had an issue with electrical wiring , glad I called the pro 😁. Came out when I needed the work done right. Had some doorbell wiring issues. Got new lines run and installed my outdated doorbell system to the new ring. Work was clean and done correctly ! Thank you!!!!!Dec 31, 2020Verified

Robert did a great job installing an antenna in my attic and running coaxial cable to the TVs in my living room and basementFeb 23, 2021Verified

Robert was very responsive to my questions. He took time to assess the layout of my house before quoting and accepting my project to run ethernet cables for all the rooms. Robert was very easy to work with. There was no ambigous answers. We agreed on the approach before he did his work. He worked around my budget and he was still able to provide high quality work. Robert also cleaned up after he was done. I will recommend Robert to anyone who needs help to configure and set up your LAN and wifi needs.Feb 21, 2021Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My prices are set based on my expertise. I feel that my prices are competitive but by no means the cheapest. I do offer discounts to veterans and first responders. I feel that this is a small way that I can thank them for looking out for us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Communicate with them to get a clear idea of the project. Often times I can give an estimate range before coming out. Once I am out and can confirm the job details will again go over price and explain changes if their are any (rarely happens). Complete the project.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I was a comercial technician for Comcast for 8 years. I was often asked about hanging tv's and running data lines and saw a need that I was highly qualified to provide and able to put the customer first.
