I had been trying to get a hold of a few other spa repair companies, and not even the company I bought it from was returning my calls. Allan called that evening and set up a day and time to come out and troubleshoot it. He arrived on time, checked the spa and ordered the part. I was up and running within a week of him returning my initial enquiry. I have not heard from any of the other spa repair companies even after following up with them.

I was having trouble finding someone to fix a couple leaks in my hot tub that prevented me from using it for several months. Universal Spa had no issues and came out rather quickly. They fixed my problem and even let me see what was the issue. Just finished filling up my spa and doing a balance and couldn’t be happier.
