I contacted Allen, explained the Error code on my Sundance Spa. He let me know over the phone what the common issue and had to ensure he had parts before he was going to investigate (saving a trip and ensuring he can do the job in one visit). Luke was assigned to repair the spa and contacted 30 minutes before showing up. He was professional and went through a series of potential issues that would cause the error. He looked and check the simple fix things first. (Some mechanical/electric repair point point to the high cost repair option right away). After checking the simple things, I did have to buy the part that Allen told me was the leading issue for that error message. It cost less than I anticipated, so between a great service experience (nice meeting you Luke) and a lower expected cost-I am a happy customer and would recommend.
