I had been trying to get a hold of a few other spa repair companies, and not even the company I bought it from was returning my calls. Allan called that evening and set up a day and time to come out and troubleshoot it. He arrived on time, checked the spa and ordered the part. I was up and running within a week of him returning my initial enquiry. I have not heard from any of the other spa repair companies even after following up with them.
