- How did you get started doing this type of work?We bought a hot tub 23 years ago! From rebuilding cars in our youth to playing Mr. Fix-It on tons of things, we knew we loved making something work like new again.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Your answers are a phone call away. If we're on the other line with customers, you're able to leave a message and we reply promptly. If a company's website doesn't appear professional in this day and age, are they on top of the latest techniques / equipment? Probably not. We can do it all quite comfortably, up to tv / stereo spas with misters and all the bells and whistles.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?Experience MATTERS. Someone used to just working on whirlpool tubs / bathrooms won't generally have the expertise to get the job done ... this is a different animal.
