Also very patient and knowledgeable, I returned two items to the store that he alerted me were used and missing pieces, I appreciated that because he could've installed a used item without my knowledge, or used a workaround for the missing hardware...I've experienced before. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Hello, before starting any work, I find out all the intricacies of this work in order to avoid mistakes. Sometimes I ask the client for photos, and sometimes I just need him to tell me to understand what tools you need to have with you. Next, we agree with the client on everything regarding the material for work, and after that I go to the site.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My work experience is more than 5 years. I work not only as a handyman? I also perform various ranges of services in construction. I opened the handyman-SmartShine company only in 2023.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing this at the age of 15. My father is a builder and my uncle is a builder, they taught me this. Next, I realized that I liked it and began to do it. Later I started learning this and after that I got my first clients.
