- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on several factors such as site access, size of the tree or stump, etc., which is why we need to visit your property. Each situation is unique, so your proposal is as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer contacts us, we will usually visit their property within one to two business days. Once on site we can either provide them with a printed proposal, or if no one is home, we'll e-mail it over.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have three certified arborists on staff, four state licensed pesticide applicators and all employees receive continuing education in safety, new treatment methods and new equipment available in our field each year.
