David from RST was able to see me the same day and we were able to get new windows and Patio doors installed in under a month! The quality is great, price is reasonable and the installation process was hassle free. Will definitely be working with them for the rest of the house down the line.

I needed to replace my leaky, drafty windows. I checked out first the locally advertised company with the catchy jingle. Total rip-offs. I then checked ot the national DIY hardware big box chain. A better price but then a trusted friend referred me to David at RST Windows. She had her 2 flat building's windows replaced with great satisfaction. David came to my home and offered me a product and price. No gimmicks, no special offers, no just for the holiday sales - just a quality product at the best price. He helped me get through my Association's requirements, kept open communication throughout the process keeping informed. The windows were available in 3 weeks! The installation was professional done, on time, speedy yet with care to prevent any damage and minful of debris and keeping my home as neat as posible. Really pleased with my whole experience.I highly recommed RST Windows. And David is a great guy to deal with to answer all your questions along the way .

We are doing a total rehab of a 3 flat in Chicago and David and his Team helped us removing all old windows and installing brand new ones at all floor. Very Easy communication , quick and quality service. We will definitely use their services again.
