Martin arrived during the agreed upon service window, even gave me a "10 minutes out" heads up call. From other reviews I read, I learned that Improved Comfort is big on explaining what they're doing and how to keep your furnance in good shape, so I hung out and was able to watch along. Martin was a good sport and explained what he was checking/ cleaning at each step and why when I asked. He also let me know my filter needed to be swapped out for one with a lower MSR so the furnance didn't need to work so hard. Report was more bare bones than I expected and I needed to follow up to get it, but price was very fair and as advertised.
