Martin arrived during the agreed upon service window, even gave me a "10 minutes out" heads up call. From other reviews I read, I learned that Improved Comfort is big on explaining what they're doing and how to keep your furnance in good shape, so I hung out and was able to watch along. Martin was a good sport and explained what he was checking/ cleaning at each step and why when I asked. He also let me know my filter needed to be swapped out for one with a lower MSR so the furnance didn't need to work so hard. Report was more bare bones than I expected and I needed to follow up to get it, but price was very fair and as advertised.

Details: Furnace • System keeps cycling • Routine maintenance • Closet • Three-story building • Condo or apartment

Thanks to Angel from Improved Comfort Heating. Had a leaking and older water heater. Called for estimate, and was able to respond for an appt the next. Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Was able to replace my leaking water heater the following weekend without any delays.

Thanks again...
