Angelo called immediately to say he had an opening later that afternoon. He arrived. He respected my home by putting on booties. He assessed the problem. Let me know the issues were minor. Educated me on maintenance of furnace and AC. He performed the work. Cost was minimal and I will contact him in the Fall for furnace maintenance. I will certainly, without reservation, recommend his Company. Thanks Angelo for such a positive experience!

Angelo is the best! Had troubles with my last thumbtack hire for thermostat wiring a couple times without resolution, but hired Improved Comfort who was able to actually take the time to fix the issues completely and rewire the whole thing and be able to install the thermostat without the use of the PEK that was originally installed. Haven’t had any troubles since, highly recommend!

Angel did a wonderful job diagnosing our furnace issue and fixing it. It was a very involved job replacing the heat exchanger and he was able to secure the right parts and get the job done, all at a competitive price. While he was here we had him quote us for a water heater replacement, and hired him for that job too. Everything was carefully and professionally done. We definitely recommend Improved Comfort and Heating and will use again in the future.
