Tyler was great! He was able to figure out why my furnace was leaking water and fix the issue. He even went as far as to check the rest of the furnace and make a recommendation on a different kind of filter.

This guy is good. I figured out that my heating system wasn't coming on for what I thought may be a bad igniter. Knowing that I didn't have a multimeter handy, I reached out to a professional. Angel came out the same morning and quickly diagnosed the problem. I watched as he narrowed down the problem, removing the wires for the switch and putting in a jumper to bypass the switch. The heater then did it's job. It wasn't a bad igniter, but a bad switch, which is the second step in the process. Already impressed, I had a meeting to go to and Angel had a part to procure. I left him to do his thing and by the time I returned, we were all set. We have now added Angel to our list for all things HVAC.
