Step one: Initial phone conversation to discuss your project. Step two: Decide on a meeting time to get to meet each other and discuss further details. Step three: Agree on price and sign the contract and decide on a start date. Step four: We start your project as scheduled. Step five: Project is completed to your satisfaction!
