Everything went well, communication/responsiveness was quick and detailed through the whole process, completed everything we asked in a timely manner despite finding and fixing an issue we didn't know we had going into it. Micheal helped stretch and repair our living room carpet as well as steam clean it. What a fantastic job, feels like we just got new carpet installed today! Mike was great. He came over to my house within an hour of my phone call and gave me a quote. He did my entire house: carpeting, ceramic tile, slate, and the upholstery. He kept me informed the entire time he was at my house. He did an outstanding job. I will definitely use him in the future.

Minimum charges do apply: $95 for a service call, which includes, for example, 1 room steam cleaned. Minimum charge for repairs $125, such as 1 repair/room restretch.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Currently hold 9 different certifications with the Institute if Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), including Master Restoration and Master Cleaning Technician.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Out of college at NIU, I needed just a part time job to get me by for a spring season. I loved the profession immediately and have continued happily ever since!
