Welcome to Jlee’s Carpet and Floor Cleaning. We pride ourselves in treating our customers like neighbors, because we are! Locally residing and operating with 15 years of experience, we know how important it is to have a clean and happy home. We have worked for many of the big named carpet cleaning companies in the area and we felt that there could be a better way. We put a lot of time and thought into getting the right equipment to handle the roughest of jobs. There isn’t a one type of cleaning that fits all. Your home is uniquely yours. We want to treat it as such. Having children of our own, their safety is top priority! With this in mind we handpicked our products that are specifically eco friendly. I've had my floors done multiple times and personally by the owners of this company. We keep coming back to them because it feels like they take care of us as people, not just customers. We had some tough stains we couldn't get out, driving us crazy. Matt was able to explain the scientific reasons behind the stains and how the cleanings work which made me feel like I was in competent hands. I've had my carpets cleaned by several other businesses in town and NONE of them seemed to apply that level of knowledge. They aren't just running a vacuum over the rugs, they are taking a smart approach to keeping them in good shape for a long time!

Awesome steam cleaning experience, had to clean my mother-in-laws house carpet 6 rooms with some pet urine. J Lee's was great! Nice truck! Very clean, professional and presentable.

Called on Labor Day weekend with a sump pump overflow in the basement. Josh and his team came out the same day to assess the mess. They are professional and consultative in their approach, and we have a solution to get things dry and clean. Thank you!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing includes pre-conditioning the carpet for soils and stains, deep cleaning of carpet with truck mounted steam cleaning equipment. We are a professional company. We do offer additional services, but we don't upsell our cleaning prices.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take the time to evaluate each situation for everyone's individual needs. We go over the process and best method for the greatest results possible. We strongly feel that if there are any negative surprises at the end of the cleaning, then we haven't done our job right.
