FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is always flexible and discounts are available for persons over 65 and us veterans
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We go in and see a new clients space, ask what areas they want focused on, what areas they struggle keeping up with, and how often they would like these areas cleaned.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Crystal "I was working for in home health care when the pandemic hit and things started to get hectic. My kids were pulled out of school. My husband and I like many others had to make big adjustments to be home with the kids. Eventually, I was out of work and wondering what I was going to do to support my family. Then one day I woke up and decided I needed to change something. I posted an ad for cleaning on my local community groups and I contacted my good friend to ask if she wanted to help me. It all just took off after those first two months." Danielle "I’ve known crystal‘s family my whole life. We come from a small town outside of St. Louis and our parents grew up together. I was raised in Naples, Florida and that’s where I attended school and lived until I moved back to the St. Louis area and started a family in 2019." I moved back just before the start of the pandemic. During the pandemic, I took a semester at SWIC to finish my associates degree. Post pandemic, I was career searching when crystal reached out to me. She explained she had started cleaning on her own and needed help filling all the requests. I have experience cleaning condos and high rises in Naples and Marco island, so this was a great opportunity for me. I thought she should name the business “Crystal Cleans” because of her name. It was an easy, catchy, go-to name. So that’s how we started out and things went great.
