Steve just provided me with very honest and candid feedback about my printer that it was not worth it to have him come and fix my cheap HP printer. Turns out Steve advised against fixing my color copier, but spent quite a bit of time and 3-4 phone calls trying to find me a used copier that would last. In the end, what he advised would not fit into my space, so I wasn't able to buy anything from him. But, he was persistent in trying and really great.
