Roman was very helpful, and put my mind at ease about a few issues I was worried about. Perma-Seal had come by, and had mentioned a few pretty expensive fixes for a damp basement. Roman was able to set my mind at ease, explain a few cost-effective ways to solve the problems I was having, and even brought peace of mind to a couple other issues that I had seen as “farther off” fixes. He did a great job, and the money spent for peace of mind was really appreciated. Thank you Roman - will definitely reach out again in the future
