- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For our North Shore and nearby Chicago suburb clients, we often help with homes, townhomes, condos, apartments, recurring cleanings, deep cleanings, and move-in/move-out services. We begin by asking about the property type, number of rooms and bathrooms, current condition, timing, and any areas that need special attention. After that, we provide a personalized quote and schedule a cleaning time that works best for the client. Before the appointment, we confirm the details so the service runs smoothly. Our team arrives prepared with professional-grade supplies and equipment, and after the cleaning, we follow up to make sure the results meet expectations.
