Joseph texted quick once my shipment was available and got it to my house and totally set up that same day. He left the place spotless and even showed me how to adjust the settings when I use the machine. It was a more complicated setup than either of us thought but he stayed until it was done with absolutely no complaint. Great guy and the machine looks awesome. Don’t hesitate to call him. I will again.

I had a sofa that another company had difficulty getting in to my house. JC got the job done after another company dropped the ball. In just a few minutes the sofa was safely I would highly recommend using this service.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price is based on the job, the number of workers for the job, time, materials, and availability. I always ask if the price is doable and if it’s not then we can discuss a common price point. I usually take a non-refundable down payment to secure time and dates for jobs, especially during peak season. Reason being is that I want to make sure my customers get a fair chance to get a job done. But I will refund under specific orders. We also have an 1hr minimum.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduced myself, then I get information on the problem at hand, and discuss a solution that satisfies.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve had training on furniture assembly, furniture wrapping, customer service, and proper heavy lifting techniques. Moving furniture through tight spaces comes with experience.
