What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is competitive and is in line with the nation average.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically start with a consultation (in person or virtual). Once I receive a detailed description of the project design and scale I will provide a general bid. Next I create a design for the project. When the design is approved I’ll send a contract to be signed. Last we scheduled a start date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.F.A and three different certifications in decorative painting. I completed a course in professional mural painting as well as a course in boom lift safety and operation.
