- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For one specific project, I offer a flat fee of $150. For longer projects and/or multiple needs, I charge $55/hour. For 10 or more employees handling payroll, I charge $15/person.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to I like to get to a brief summary via message/text of what the project and goal is. From there, I can communicate via text or email with any updates/questions and finally, emailed anything necessary (documents, log-ins, etc). I am also always available after receiving the summary of the task via phone if more clarification is necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been an office manager and bookkeeper for over 10 years, working in multiple different industries. I have completed QuickBooks different courses including bookkeeping and payroll and grew up on Excel. Please note - I am not a CPA. I do not handle taxes.
