I worked over 20 years as a Registered Nurse and have knowledge about the health of the human body that a number of other therapists lack. I can counsel on medications and disease, nutrition, and other health issues under my nursing license, which I maintain. I absolutely LOVE giving massage and knowing that I made the person feel better. They always leave with a look of pure bliss on their faces. To me, that is pure bliss!

It's important that you make sure the massage therapist is state licensed and preferably Nationally certified. It's always good to note if they belong to any professional organizations. Do they bill insurance or is it strictly cash or check?
