STVU came out when I was having AC issues. My home is only 10 years old and I have been having trouble with the AC unit since I had the house built. Paul and Igor were really great. They came out and diagnosed the issue. Unfortunately it was not something that could be repaired with certainty so I had no real choice but to get a new unit (cost over $3,500 + $500 in diagnosis/pressure test costs). Paul and Igor arranged to install the unit the next day and it has been working very, very well. My only comment is that the price for the new AC unit was slightly high and normally I would have taken time to shop around for comparable bids just to be sure I am getting fair pricing. I did not really have a chance to do that since I have a 17 month old child in the house and needed working AC as soon as possible. If you are getting a new AC unit I would suggest getting at least 3 bids before making your decision. Not all AC units are of equal quality and I am sure the unit STVU installed is good. My suggestion is in no way meant to infer that STVU did anything less than an excellent job. I feel their workmanship and responsiveness was very, very good.

Top notch. Excellent company. Outstanding People. Work done promptly and correctly. When AC was out, Paul and Igor were both very responsive, professional, and honest. Excellent American Standard unit installed at the most reasonable price possible. Highly recommended, no hesitation. Hire this company, and these people, you cannot go wrong.

Paul from STVU set up an initial meeting with me with his technicians and they explained the work that would be necessary after inspecting and determining the root cause of my Air Conditioning problem. I opted to purchase a new furnace through them because mine was really old. I feel the quality of product I chose was good for my property and the work that they performed was excellent. Previous work completed created an issue and Igor was able to find out what the problem was after just a short period and my AC has been running perfectly since! I absolutely encourage anyone looking for HVAC service to contact STVU and set up an appointment to see what they can do for you. Highly recommended!!!!

Had them out for a hot water heater install. Communicated in advance with Paul via email to determine heater options and arrived at best selection. Installation tech arrived on time and we had no issues with his work. The job ended up being slightly more expensive than quoted because the new heater was a bit taller than the old one; required the existing PVC pipe connectors to be sawed down, the tech explained the issue, recommended a solution, and asked for my permission to proceed at the (slightly) higher install cost. Overall good experience.

I really appreciate that they came as soon as possible and the specialist fixed the problem within an hour. The furnace wouldn’t turn and because of his experience with such old furnace he was able to figure out the problem and fix it. He also give instructions and advice on replacing the old furnace.

We try to explain to the customer as much information that we can while not overloading the customer with useless information to sound like we know what we are doing.

Our business carries a universal heating and air conditioning license. As well as a universal EPA certification. As well as 20+ years in the construction industry.

Our family has been in construction since 1996 saving people money and time on their home improvement needs.
