We had scheduled a standard clean in our 3 bed 2.5 bath 1600 square foot house. Everything that she completed was very thorough which is why I gave 3 stars.
The issue is that in the 4 hours she only completed the main floor (800 square feet) and nothing else. The house was not in bad condition as we decluttered before she came and we clean weekly.
She did not get to any of the 3 bedrooms and only completed 2 bathrooms. It didn’t seem like enough for an entire 4 hours and they charge hourly after the 4 hours are completed. I would have expected more for the time and price.
