If you are reaching out for stair projects, you should consider design. Having pictures or design options you liked ready, will speed the process along
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If a new customer reaches out to me, I will try to get to know them a little bit before I give the quote. The reason I do this is because I do not charge for quotes, however, I do understand there are customers that aren’t going to be the right fit for us, or the other way around. I try to make sure we are both comfortable with each other so we are not wasting each others time.

I have a high school diploma and 8 years of custom carpentry experience.
