Keegan did a great job with the stairs and came out better than expected. He was very communicative and finished the stairs within a reasonable time frame. He worked quick and efficient and I would definitely recommend him to someone else and would hire him again for future projects.
We had our basement stairs finished by Cline & Co Construction. Overall the finished product looks excellent and we would not hesitate to have them do other work for us in the future. The wood, supplied by Cline & Co Construction, was superior to that quoted by others. The craftsmanship is excellent. They were punctual and completed the job in the amount of time planned.

Keagan did an awesome job on our balusters. We love how it turned out. He kept us updated along and the way and was very professional. I will definitely be using him again for future projects.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you are reaching out for stair projects, you should consider design. Having pictures or design options you liked ready, will speed the process along
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If a new customer reaches out to me, I will try to get to know them a little bit before I give the quote. The reason I do this is because I do not charge for quotes, however, I do understand there are customers that aren’t going to be the right fit for us, or the other way around. I try to make sure we are both comfortable with each other so we are not wasting each others time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a high school diploma and 8 years of custom carpentry experience.
