Working with Phillip has been an amazing experience, and I would highly recommend him to anyone else looking for any architecturalservices. I reached out to him with a vision of a back yard project, and he was able to bring my ideas into a plan with images showing exactly what I had in mind. I had detailed plans of ways to support the structure, what types of materials would be best, and associated costs of each. All of this done with lighting fast turnarounds and at a value that didn't strain my budget for the project itself! I was on the fence about whether I needed an architect for a project like mine. After working with Phillip, I'm glad I had a mind like his involved. He is a wealth of knowledge and talented professional. I would love to have him on every architectural project I have!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will go through a number of complimentary consultations to discuss your needs and explore your dreams. For every project, first we gather as much info as we can to develop a detailed scope of work and provide a fee proposal. Due diligence research will be performed relating to local ordinances and adopted building codes.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's of Science in Design (BSD) and a Master's of Architecture both from the University of Nebraska. After that I worked for a Surveying and Civil Engineering firm in Estes Park, Colorado for one year. Then at an Architecture firm in Boise, Idaho for a decade, gaining my first state license in 2017. I started PCA in 2020.
