- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are more than competitive! I suggest you get 3 estimates so you can see that as well. Also this will help you see who shows up on time and how well they communicate with you! If you have any questions ask cause your deserve the right to know!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually take a call or a text from them then I setup an in person estimate so I can see exactly what they have that needs done. That is important cause it’s really hard to give an accurate bid with photos or a description of what’s needing done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
3 years of on the job and classroom training through painters district council #2 from St. Louis. I also have over 20 years in the field.
