- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the size of the job and the type of work needed. Every property is different, so I like to take a look and give a fair estimate based on what will deliver the best results. I focus on honest work and making sure the customer feels they are getting real value for what they pay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by understanding what the customer needs and what they want their outdoor space to look like. Then I take a look at the property and provide an estimate. Once everything is agreed on, I schedule the work and take care of the job with attention to detail, making sure everything is clean and well done when I finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have about 10 years of hands-on experience working on lawns and outdoor spaces. Over the years, I have learned the right techniques for mowing, trimming, and maintaining healthy and clean-looking yards through consistent, real-world work.
