If I could pick all 5 aspects that make United Technicians exceptional - professionalism, value, work quality, punctuality and more- I would. Thumbtack only lets me pick 3. I couldn’t recommend him enough. I live in a condo and needed my HVAC system removed then re-installed In a tight timeline due to some exterior work. I was newer to this process and Lee explained everything I could ever imagine about HVAC machines and exactly what he was going to do. I learned so much but felt confident and at ease his team would get the job done. He was always quick to respond, flexible with availability (especially given the timeline demands) and did a great job. Lee and his team member were professional, friendly, and make the process cleaned my unit in addition exceptionally well. I couldn’t recommend him enough!

Lee was efficient with the HVAC repair. He is knowledgeable, educating me on the unit I have and ways to keep it maintained. Lee is proficient in installing google nest thermostats as well. Great person to work with!

I can’t say enough good things about this pro, and I’m going to recommend him to EVERYONE! Knowledgeable, check. Responsive, check. And work the quality of is outstanding. My AC is running better than ever. The AC was diagnosed, parts were obtained, and the repairs took place in one business day! That is top-notch service!

I was initially skeptical about this young man because of his age but I decided to give him a fair chance, and I'm glad I did. He was very professional, and able to explain to me exactly what I asked about the work that needed to be done, he accessed the problem, I purchased the parts and he installed and completed the job.
