Prompt and easy to understand the situation and what needed work. I’m not ready to hire yet. But I think he would be a great fit for the job.

Robert is fantastic. I had dealt with a few other exterminators trying to get to the bottom of a shrew problem and encountered incomplete inspections, hefty charges, and "mansplaining." Robert, on the other hand, was responsive, punctual, and incredibly thorough during the home inspection. He does not rush you and he is a wealth of information on any aspect of home maintenance. He is a gem.
