FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don’t charge by the hour — we work with a fixed price. This way, our team doesn’t waste time and focuses on getting everything done properly and efficiently. We also offer a 10% discount on the first cleaning, so you can try our service and see our quality for yourself.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we usually start with a simple estimate. This can be done either in person or remotely — by asking a few basic questions and looking at a couple of general photos. This helps us understand the real condition of the space and give an honest, realistic price. After that, we fix the price for the first cleaning and for future regular cleanings. We also take time to talk through what’s important to the client and create a custom list of services together, so the cleaning matches their expectations and priorities. The first visit is always a preparatory cleaning. Depending on the request, it can be deeper or more standard, but the goal is the same — to bring the space to a clean, comfortable condition that we can easily maintain during regular visits. From there, we simply stick to the agreed plan, keep things consistent, and make sure every cleaning feels reliable and stress-free for the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education comes mostly from hands-on experience. I’ve been working in professional cleaning for many years and learned the job by doing it daily, in real homes and commercial spaces. Over time, I developed strong standards, attention to detail, and efficient cleaning methods that actually work in practice. I’ve also trained and worked alongside other professional cleaners, learning different techniques, products, and ways to approach various surfaces and materials. This helped me understand what works best, what saves time without lowering quality, and how to clean thoroughly without damaging anything. Beyond that, I’ve spent years refining our process — creating checklists, improving organization, and learning how to adapt cleaning to each space and client. Every new job teaches you something, and I always apply that experience to the next one.
