FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As the saying goes if the price is too good to be true then more than likely that is the case. I usually like to conduct a in person estimate, which allow me and the client to have a in depth understand of the price of the project and the methodology of cleaning. Many factor goes in to establishing a proper air duct and dryer vent cleaning price, for example what's the square footage of the property, how many furnace are involved, numbers of registers need cleaning, air duct cleaning hookup is standard/crawl/attic, what type property: single family, condo/townhouse, multiunit, commercial, state of cleanliness of the furnace blower, AC-Coil. It is hard to provide a concrete price over the phone or online, I just don't believe it's good practice. We do provide free in person estimate if you're within 10 miles radius of Norridge, IL, otherwise a service charge of $75 will be charged which will be adjusted in the final bill if hired for the projected.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ideal case would be an in person estimate to understand the gravity of the cleaning project and to explain on what is need on their property to conduct a proper air duct or dryer vent cleaning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Completed HVAC Technician Course in 11/2022 at Chicago Professional Center in Prospect Heights, IL. The focus was never to conduct HAVAC Services and Repair more so to gain knowledge of how Home Air system works to better explain to future clients gravity of the Duct system state and necessity of cleaning.
