Initially on completion of the cleaning, things looked great. However after moving into the apartment there were many items that was not thoroughly cleaned (Dusting, cabinets not cleaned, windows not thoroughly cleaned and many other issues. I even paid extra for light fixtures to be cleaned, to later find dirt and dust build up. I did reach out to the Natali and sent her photos of my concerns, and got a response that she would look into it wth the cleaners. I haven't heard from her since. Unfortunately I had to leave this review and do not recommend this cleaning company. I usually don't leave reviews but needed other to know my experience.

We are sorry to hear that you were left with a negative impression of our service. However, we would like to provide some additional context regarding this situation.
You contacted us approximately 9 days after the cleaning was completed. Unfortunately, after such a period of time, we are unable to objectively verify the condition of the property immediately after the service was performed or determine what may have changed since the cleaning was completed.
We would also like to note that you were present during the cleaning and personally inspected the house once the service was completed. At that time, no concerns were raised. In fact, you left a tip for our cleaners as a gesture of appreciation for their work, which we understood as confirmation that you were satisfied with the service provided.
We always strive to deliver the highest quality service and take all customer feedback seriously. When concerns are reported immediately after a cleaning, we are always happy to review them and find an appropriate solution. However, in this case, due to the significant amount of time that had passed, we are unable to objectively evaluate the concerns mentioned.
We value every customer and continuously work to improve our service. As a gesture of goodwill and appreciation, we would be happy to offer you a 20% discount on your next cleaning service.
