My post is a couple of months late One hour heating was a life saver for me. My furnace stopped working on 1/30/26 after 9pm. I called 3 places One Hour Heating was the ONLY one that was willing to come out. It was one of the coldest nights and it was after 10pm by the time I called. The owner Dashon himself came out and got me up and running. I was so afraid that the fee just for coming was going to be astronomical but it wasnt. The part for my furnace wasnt available until the next morning but he got it running until the next day. Dennis came and put part on the next morning and they respected my request to come after 10am. Both of them are very knowledgeable, friendly, patient, reliable and understanding.

I strive to make sure I can help out especially when others just will not. Every time things like that can’t happen, but I do get out and make it happen if I can, especially with team members that see the vision of service and know how to back you up to make sure somebody else’s life is way more comfortable.Now thats when you earn your money when the customer is happy and you make sure that you do the best you can to complete the job of restoring your customers comfort and if you signed up to do HVAC, you are signed up to be there and make yourself available at times even if you’re not.
