- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is based on the number of bedrooms, baths, stories, and square footage. I charge more for first time cleanings because they take more time, usually due to the fact that we deep clean. Maintenance fees depend on the frequency, so I would charge the least for weekly cleanings. Also, because there are fees associated with the bidding process, my initial fee for jobs through Thumbtack are higher than they would be normally.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually start with a deep cleaning for a new client, unless bi-weekly or more frequent cleaning has been performed by a professional cleaner. My original quote is given sight unseen and reflects a certain "given" amount of dirt. I rarely have to adjust the original quote unless there is an unusual amount of grease or soap scum (and you know if that's the case). The quotes are based on number of bedrooms, baths, stories, square footage, and cost to bid.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received training and mentorship from professionals and I constantly research the field for natural ways to clean and disinfect.
