Rod is an outstanding IT professional whose services and expertise I would recommend to any company/individual.
For years, he has provided support and service for our entire company's IT infrastructure, which includes several branches and a large corporate office. He's even worked with other companies on our behalf to coordinate the integration of new VOIP hardware and software, the billing software upon which our entire business operates, and other large, complex projects.
But he is equally adept at handling IT issues on an individual basis, offering daily assistance to nearly a hundred employees. He does this all in a timely, professional, and cordial manner. I guarantee you will be impressed with the Rod's work. He's also just a cool guy.
