- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes we do and we will provide in-depth pricing with our walk through estimates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first make initial contact through thumbtack, e-mail , etc and then schedule a walk through at the customers earliest convenience. We then complete the walk through asking as many questions as we can as we want the customers input and expectations. We then will schedule the cleaning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been through many training sessions with previous companies we were involved with. We also have complete ongoing training sessions as well.
