All I can say is don’t trust the negative reviews. I was very skeptical after reading the reviews, because the company had mostly excellent reviews and a few bad ones. This was a last minute cleaning, I had family and friends over yesterday celebrating the arrival of me and my wife new baby. My home was left extremely cluttered and messy. I was contacted, sent pictures over to get a better estimate. We received an estimate and scheduled my cleaning. The company came out a couple hours later. It was so worth the cost. The owner was very professional and accommodating. When I tell you my home was clean so thoroughly and smelled so fresh. Is an understatement. We are overly pleased. They even help organize my gifts. We will be rebooking and recommending others. Thank you Sandra and your team for coming out and cleaning my home. Book your cleaning, you won’t be disappointed!

I cannot say enough good things about Sandra and her team. They were so nice to meet and they did a thorough job deep cleaning my house. Sandra was very friendly and shared so many great tips with me. She even texted me the next day with additional tips on how to help reduce the amount of dust in my house. Initially I planned to do this as a one-time effort, but I plan to have Sparkling Clean back again next month. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer service is EXTREMELY important to my company. Without the customer my company is nothing. I talk with my customer, get an idea of what they are looking for. I explained to them how my works. Setup up a time to do a walk through. I do my best to work with their schedule and budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a registered nurse, I understand the importance of thing being Klean, disinfected and sanitized!
