This company is amazing. They came out clean my home and even left me a nice gift! Sandra the owner was easy to talk to and very professional. She really did her best to work with my budget. The cleaners really did an amazing job with my place. It smells so fresh.

All I can say is don’t trust the negative reviews. I was very skeptical after reading the reviews, because the company had mostly excellent reviews and a few bad ones. This was a last minute cleaning, I had family and friends over yesterday celebrating the arrival of me and my wife new baby. My home was left extremely cluttered and messy. I was contacted, sent pictures over to get a better estimate. We received an estimate and scheduled my cleaning. The company came out a couple hours later. It was so worth the cost. The owner was very professional and accommodating. When I tell you my home was clean so thoroughly and smelled so fresh. Is an understatement. We are overly pleased. They even help organize my gifts. We will be rebooking and recommending others. Thank you Sandra and your team for coming out and cleaning my home. Book your cleaning, you won’t be disappointed!

I had the best experience with Sparkling Klean. Sandra the owner was quick to get back to me and had no problem with the 400 questions I asked. They gave me an estimate and I was scheduled very quickly. Sandra (not the owner) came and cleaned my house with another woman. They were amazing. Very professional, found dirt I didnt know was there, they worked very hard the entire time they were there. They were professional, hard working, detailed, and honestly a pleasure to have in the house. I would recommend them to anyone.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer service is EXTREMELY important to my company. Without the customer my company is nothing. I talk with my customer, get an idea of what they are looking for. I explained to them how my works. Setup up a time to do a walk through. I do my best to work with their schedule and budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a registered nurse, I understand the importance of thing being Klean, disinfected and sanitized!
