- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fees are based on volume. Our truck is 15 cubic yards big and you pay for how much you fill it (quarter, half, full load). Heavy material such as dirt, sand, concrete, tile, etc are subject to different pricing due to weight. Mattresses and tires are subject to up charges for disposal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will discuss your unwanted items, location, and deadline over the phone. You may be asked to text images of the items to our phone number for a better understanding of the job. We give you an estimate via phone or text and set up an appointment. On site, we will give you a clear upfront price for the whole job and our crew will take care of everything.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bye Bye Junk, Inc. began in 2015. We have had 5 years of growing customer base along with a Lewis University education in business administration.
