Network connectivity issues; whether it's a bad ethernet cable; incorrect wireless password or someone can't see a network drive anymore, the majority of issues stem from not being able to access the network or something on the network.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask for references. Everyone will give you a good reference but ask how long they have known the provider; what kind of work they have done and what issue they have had. No relationship is perfect; what is something they would like to see the provider do differently?
